Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Junior to mid-level experience in software development
- Experience with AI/ML systems and/or full-stack development
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript
- Familiarity with API development, microservices, and enterprise integrations (REST, SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- (Preferred) Practical experience with IBM watsonx or similar platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Groq)
- (Preferred) Knowledge of agent-based systems, workflow orchestration, or active learning pipelines
- Must be legally authorized to work in Florida, USA
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the development of AI agents and internal tools for enterprise applications
- Utilize IBM watsonx to create AI workflows integrated with client solutions
- Participate throughout the entire project lifecycle: from ideation and prototyping to testing, deployment, and improvement
- Ensure high standards in documentation, code quality, and development practices
