Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in technical leadership positions
- More than 7 years of experience with Generative AI in corporate settings
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- Java
- .NET
- C/C++
- Scripting environments
- Proven track record in executing GitHub Copilot adoption strategies
- Experience in supervising custom Copilot agent development
- Solid project management background
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy for enterprise-wide GitHub Copilot adoption
- Perform technical evaluations with development teams
- Create adoption frameworks for legacy systems
- Oversee the creation of custom Copilot agents
- Manage quarterly rollout timelines
- Define adoption KPIs and success criteria
- Provide technical guidance across engineering teams
- Collaborate with architects, leadership, and various stakeholders
- Develop and implement training programs
- Ensure effective integration with COTS and legacy systems
