Lead UX Researcher, Growth Strategy

- Over 6 years of experience in user research, with 2-3 years in a consumer-focused product research role. - Experience conducting international research outside of the US. - Familiarity with monetization strategies, subscriptions, or the development of new revenue streams, including zero-to-one products. - Strong aptitude in quantitative research methods such as surveys and experiments, along with expertise in creating measurement frameworks. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear and impactful narratives using data. - Proficient in data analysis, manipulation, and dashboard creation using R, Python, SPSS, Looker, or equivalent statistical tools. - Ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships with various cross-functional teams including data science, customer experience, product management, design, engineering, and marketing. - Enthusiastic about learning from, collaborating with, and mentoring fellow researchers. - Passion for designing and implementing inclusive and accessible solutions. - Committed to fostering a team culture characterized by authenticity, courage, and empathy.
