Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience in High-Availability and Load-Balanced EPM Infrastructure environments
- Proven analytical and development expertise within the Oracle EPM Hyperion Product suite, including Essbase, Planning, FDMEE, Financial Reports, Hyperion Financial Management, DRM, and Oracle Data Integrator
- Knowledge of Oracle cloud products such as EDMCS, FCCS, and EPBCS
- Experience with migrating from on-premise EPM to the cloud
- Proficient in designing, developing, testing, and implementing project deliverables
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
- Ability to perform periodic maintenance in HFM including loading and clearing data
- Strong skills in application production support, analyzing, designing, and coding for Hyperion/Business Intelligence systems
- Capacity to translate requirements into high-quality technical specifications
- Familiarity with diverse source systems and relational databases in the EPM and BI domains
- Experience with Windows and Unix batch scripting
- Support experience in EPM applications and enhancements in a global distributed environment
- Familiarity with managing the ELT process using ODI (12c) for reporting purposes
- Competency in defining rule files for metadata and data load cube processes using Hyperion Essbase
- Experience in managing partitions and custom aggregations on multidimensional Essbase cubes
- Understanding of PSU and CPU patches related to Hyperion and OAS products
- Familiarity with MAXL for automating Essbase tasks and EPM Automate for cloud applications
- Experience in EDMCS batch processing for import/export operations
- Ability to automate Windows batch scripts and Linux scripts for Hyperion applications
- Willingness to assist and mentor less experienced team members
- Ability to support and streamline daily Batch Jobs/scheduled jobs and their automation
Responsibilities
- Serve as an individual contributor reporting to the manager
- Lead the migration of on-premise data to the EPM cloud
- Conduct data integrations with cloud applications
- Take charge of the design, development, testing, and implementation of project deliverables
- Initiate and lead process improvement efforts
- Perform periodic maintenance tasks in HFM
- Provide ongoing production support and enhancement for Hyperion/Business Intelligence systems
- Analyze and design coding solutions that meet project specifications
- Mentor less experienced colleagues
- Ensure efficient handling of the ELT process using ODI for reporting
- Define rule files for cube build processes and manage partitions in Essbase
- Oversee Windows and Unix batch scripting to enhance application support
- Automate daily Batch Jobs and support scheduled job automation
