Requirements

Must:
- I possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related discipline. - I have a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in front-end/UI development for web and mobile platforms, alongside backend development using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks). - My background includes a strong foundation in software architecture and design patterns. - I am experienced in creating scalable, responsive, and high-performance UI components with ReactJS, and I highly prefer experience with React Native. - I have a solid grasp of UI/UX principles, mobile-first design approaches, accessibility standards (WCAG), and ensuring cross-platform/browser compatibility. - I have worked with design systems and component libraries, including Material UI or Ant Design. - I possess hands-on experience in mobile development using React Native for both iOS and Android, with experience in Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) being a plus. - I am knowledgeable about Java build tools such as Maven or Gradle and familiar with JavaScript ecosystem tools like NPM, Yarn, and GitHub Actions. - I possess proficiency in managing relational databases such as PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server. - I have an in-depth understanding of cloud architecture best practices, particularly within AWS. - I have experience in preparing and evaluating build/buy proposals and RFPs. - I can define and drive the technical vision for projects, aligning them with strategic business objectives. - I am capable of leading architecture and design for intricate systems, focusing on scalability, performance, and security. - I am committed to mentoring and nurturing engineering teams to encourage technical excellence and continuous improvement. - I am an effective collaborator, working with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create innovative, impactful solutions. - I stay updated with emerging technologies and analyze their potential value for adoption. - I promote and uphold best practices in software engineering, encompassing code quality, test automation, and CI/CD processes. - I lead initiatives to troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations. - I maintain precise and current technical documentation for systems and processes. - I exhibit excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. - I have strong spoken and written communication skills, and I can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
