Requirements
Must:
- At least 8 years of experience with the Departments ATACS system, or similar tobacco prevention reporting/information systems, or community activity tracking systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with technologies including object-oriented design, web technologies, XML, HTML, MS SQL, and Microsoft .NET.
- At least 5 years of experience using MS version control tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation for development tasks.
- At least 3 years of experience in creating and managing Crystal Reports.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with MS SQL products.
- At least 5 years of experience as an MS SQL data modeler, covering data design, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL programming, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Minimum of 5 years working with SQL relational databases in high-performance environments.
- At least 5 years of experience with database design tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide Applications Development Analyst (B. Intermediate) services upon issuance of Purchase Order.
- Modify, develop, design, and uphold .NET applications based on departmental needs.
- Design and alter model objects such as tables, views, and indexes per department directions.
- Generate ad-hoc queries on MS SQL databases as directed by the department.
- Offer analytical support for system incidents and enhancements daily.
- Address defect tickets within two business days to rectify system errors.
- Process release tickets to manage user requirements within stipulated timeframe.
- Implement system changes regularly based on change tickets directed by the department.
- Conduct analysis on systems to fulfill user-defined requirements on a daily basis.
- Identify operational efficiencies in systems on a daily basis.
- Document technical objects, business requirements, business processes, and system processes as requested.
- Test application code and perform system testing for user-defined requirements on a weekly basis.
