Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, IT, or network engineering environments with hands-on involvement in documentation, solution delivery, and strategic initiatives. - Strong expertise in crafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical guidelines, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), IT governance, and business process documentation. - Demonstrated capability to spearhead documentation for RFPs, system integration projects, and cross-disciplinary projects. - Proficient in utilizing process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart. - Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies. - Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

- Develop and uphold clear, user-focused technical documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), network design documentation, technology evaluations, IT policies, governance documents, and strategic roadmaps. - Drive or assist in initiatives to diagram end-to-end business and technology workflows within telecommunications, IT systems, and enterprise networks. Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineers for comprehensive documentation catering to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Simplify intricate technical matters into actionable documentation. - Record outcomes from Proof of Concept (PoC) assessments, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFP feedback, and technology evaluations. - Uphold document standards, templates, and version management using contemporary tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Visio, Google Suite). - Operate autonomously to oversee project schedules and deliverables with minimal oversight.
