Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent international qualification in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Minimum of seven years of post-Bachelors progressive experience in a related role
- At least five years of hands-on experience with declarative automation and tooling solutions
- Proficient in data management modeling and querying using SQL, SOQL, or SOSL
- Experience with conversion and integration leveraging common middleware tools
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies or the Enterprise project lifecycle
- Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, or core Salesforce CRM objects to enhance business operations
- Competent in using integration tools like Informatica, Mulesoft, and Kafka for efficient data exchange
- Experienced with deployment and release management tools such as AutoRabit, Copado, or SFDX
- Proficient in project management and collaboration software like Smartsheet or Jira
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%
Responsibilities
- Lead projects focusing on declarative automation and tooling solutions
- Manage data modeling, integration, and querying efforts to ensure data accessibility and integrity
- Oversee project activities utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with teams using Salesforce products to streamline operations and enhance functionality
- Implement integration solutions using industry-standard tools for maximum efficiency
- Facilitate deployment and release processes using advanced management tools
- Coordinate with various teams through project management and collaboration platforms to achieve project goals
- Prepare for and undertake necessary domestic travel for project engagements as required
