Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from an ABET accredited program is highly preferred, or equivalent technical education and experience (2-15 years of related experience)
- Experience in product development is advantageous, particularly in a military application environment
- Strong ability to effectively collaborate and contribute ideas as a part of a team
- Capability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance, as necessary
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer installations, demonstrations, and general field assistance
Responsibilities
- Oversee the life-cycle support of data link systems including wideband, narrowband, and SATCOM
- Manage projects from conceptualization through to product phase-out
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and ideas
- Support customer installations and demonstrations effectively
- Provide field assistance as required during on-site travels
