Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Extensive knowledge of SECSGEM standards (SEMI E30 and related standards)
- Proficient in SECSGEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocols
- Experienced in developing and integrating SECSGEM interfaces for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Capable of configuring equipment for communication with host systems
- Skilled in creating and managing Siemens Camstar OpCenter modeling recipes
- Competent in collecting real-time data from equipment sensors and processes
- Experience in monitoring equipment status and performance metrics
- Knowledgeable in implementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC)
- Familiarity with GUI, tool scheduling, recipe management, and factory automation
- Proven track record in maintaining and enhancing test automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices
Responsibilities
- Participate in fit gap analysis and process modeling standardization with the area lead and process subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Collaborate with lead SMEs to formulate factory automation requirements
- Provide accurate time estimates, user story point estimates, and status updates for assigned stories
- Draft and execute documents supporting validation of factory automation
- Work with various teams to consolidate requirements for MES development
- Offer HyperCare and Go-live support as needed
- Quickly adapt to new challenges and requirements while driving strategic objectives
- Identify and mentor talent within the team to cultivate future leaders
