- Potential to evolve into a technical lead for the NPAC Security Operations team - Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence - Design and implement a continuous improvement program for security engineering tasks - Perform Security Monitoring using SIEM, HIDS, and IPS - Execute the Security Incident Response Process (SIRP) - Develop and test SIEM rule parsing - Create, implement, test, and maintain WAF/Cloud policies - Develop, test, and implement HIDS alerts - Administer, maintain, and manage the CCURE System Application - Oversee and manage physical security devices, including cameras, NVRs, card readers, and door controllers - Conduct security threat vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts - Collaborate with and act as the technical security representative to other teams, including Operations, Product Engineering, Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Software Development - Create, enhance, and implement documented procedures for security-related tasks, ensuring the overall availability of the security infrastructure - Communicate with the executive team, business clients, and implementation teams about status updates, experiences, lessons learned, and ongoing needs
