Requirements

Must:
- A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline. - At least 3 years of experience as a network engineer specializing in wireless communications or equivalent fields. - Strong grasp of Wi-Fi standards and protocols, including IEEE standards, WPA2/3, EAP, 802.1x, RADIUS, and DIAMETER. - Practical expertise in IP networking, such as TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, MPLS, BGP, and ISIS routing. - Proficiency with network security protocols and access provisioning. - Familiar with packet analysis tools and network management platforms, including SNMP, syslog, and telemetry. - Outstanding communication abilities, particularly in conveying technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous management of wireless network elements, including routers, switches, LAN controllers, and access points, while minimizing downtime during maintenance. - Diagnose and resolve intricate issues within large-scale Wi-Fi environments, utilizing logs, configuration data, and packet captures for effective troubleshooting. - Work alongside engineering teams to facilitate design enhancements, testing strategies, and operational procedures that prioritize reliability and scalability. - Convert technical documentation into operational guidelines, in line with best practices for change management. - Monitor network capacity and performance metrics to create and implement capacity improvement strategies. - Participate in scheduled maintenance activities, including being part of on-call rotations and supporting system upgrades during specific timeframes. - Develop and maintain operational documentation to ensure consistent and efficient support procedures.
