Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of development experience (preferably 7+ years)
- Strong expertise in Angular and/or React (React preferred)
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal oversight
- Capability to understand the broader architectural vision of projects
- Knowledge of the implications of technical debt and the ability to balance business needs with technical choices
Responsibilities
- Analyze program objectives, input data, and output specifications based on project requirements
- Develop program specifications and create prototypes
- Convert software designs and specifications into effective, high-performing code
- Provide mentorship and support to junior and mid-level developers
