Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years in full stack development
- Frontend expertise in React, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets
- Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript
- Proficient in PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch databases
- Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or similar
- Cloud platform experience, particularly with AWS (EKS, RDS, S3)
- DevOps knowledge using Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions or equivalent tools
- Proven experience in developing SaaS platforms or OMS/WMS systems
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Background in managing offshore development teams, particularly in China
Responsibilities
- Design and create a robust Order Management System (OMS) platform utilizing contemporary web technologies
- Develop backend services employing Node.js with NestJS and TypeScript
- Construct a high-performance frontend using React, TypeScript, and WebSocket capabilities
- Oversee a multi-tenant PostgreSQL database, integrating Redis, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB as needed
- Collaborate with ecommerce platforms and logistics providers, including Amazon SP API, eBay API, Walmart, and Shopify
- Utilize RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging and decoupling services
- Establish and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, utilizing EKS, RDS, S3, and CloudFront
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, orchestrating deployments with Docker and Kubernetes
- Recruit and supervise a development team based in China
- Ensure robust system security, data isolation, and reliable performance across applications
Description
We are in the process of developing a custom Order Management System (OMS) from the ground up, aimed at managing inventory, orders, and shipping, while integrating with major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify among others. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who will lead this initiative and oversee a team of developers located in China. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year and requires fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
