Requirements
Must:

- Proficiency in network design and implementation

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain optimal network performance
- Troubleshoot network issues and application performance
- Install and configure routing and switching (Cisco)
- Collaborate with the network architect to optimize the network
- Secure network systems by establishing, enforcing policies, and monitoring access
- Fulfill information systems and organizational missions by delivering related results as required
Description
We are looking to enhance our IT team with a talented network engineer consultant based in Carson City, NV. This role involves developing, building, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and peak performance. We offer a competitive rate of $85 per hour, and this full-time contract position will span from March 2026 through June 2026, with potential for a three-month extension. Candidates must be located in the Reno/Carson City area to be considered.
