Requirements
Must:
- Active SECRET Security Clearance
- Experience with the Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P), the foundational software for Modular Mission Command-System (MMC-S)
- Experience with the Marine Corps MAGTF Common Handheld (MCH)
- Familiarity with the Android Tactical Awareness Kit (ATAK)
- Knowledge of Provisioning Software for MCH
- Understanding of network resiliency, software upgrades, and product security against adversarial threats
- Proficient in digital mapping, Blue Force Tracking (BFT), and real-time messaging protocols for a common operational picture (COP)
- Comprehension of how these systems connect with other tactical networks like AFATDS, Command and Control (C2), and Situational Awareness (SA) architecture
- Experience with Mounted Family of Computer Systems (MFoCS) hardware, including hard drive replacements and system security for vehicle-mounted setups
- Knowledge of MAGTF structure to support decentralized decision-making at the tactical level
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive on-site test and evaluation support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems, focusing on JBC-P and MCH
- Collaborate with a C4I systems test team to evaluate software capabilities and ensure alignment with development objectives
- Design and implement detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of software systems
- Actively track, document, and update defect reports and improvement suggestions using tools such as Jira for timely resolution and continuous enhancement
- Produce detailed test reports that offer actionable insights to stakeholders
- Participate in software capability assessments, conducting functional, performance, and regression tests to confirm system requirements and compliance standards
- Maintain and configure test environments, including hardware, networking, and software elements for diverse testing scenarios
