Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT business analyst
- Background or knowledge in legal matters
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with indexing processes
- Experience with backlog processing
- Bachelors degree required
- Knowledge of legal secretary or paralegal duties is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist the State of NV by processing backlog data
- Retrieve digitized advanced directives using specific naming conventions
- Search for registrants within the system by date of birth and last name
- Add or modify registrant data as required, ensuring proper file naming for changes
- Upload PDFs for advanced directives and update registrant information
- Move completed PDFs to the intake log at month-end
- Generate reports for active registrants with advanced directives
- Search for registrants in the system to retrieve the latest advanced directive
- Categorize and organize advanced directives accurately
- Re-scan advanced directives into the registrants record under the appropriate category
Description
We are seeking a skilled contractor to join our team in Las Vegas, NV, supporting the State of NV in handling backlog data efficiently. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT business analysis and a foundational understanding of legal processes. This is a full-time, contract role, compensating at $65 per hour, and requires full-time onsite presence.
