Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5
- Expertise in Microsoft .NET Core and C#
- Experience with web application frameworks: MVC, MVVM, Razor, Blazor, and Entity Framework
- Familiarity with various JavaScript libraries and responsive web design
- Proficient in building and interacting with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS, and designing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and entity relationships
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 and Visual Studio Code
- Skilled in Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Strong design, UI, and server-side development skills
- Understanding of object-oriented design patterns
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies
- Preferred knowledge of IT best practices related to relational databases
- Experience working with State and Federal Government entities is advantageous
- Prior experience with systems compliant with HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Ability to practice effective teamwork consistently
- Competence in prioritizing and managing tasks and projects independently
Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy support to the State of NV
- Design and implement a secure, mobile-friendly reservation platform for the Shared Car Fleet Reservation System
- Develop requirements, architecture, ERD, API specifications, and UX wireframes
- Create a React Native mobile app and web app for reservations and administration
- Establish Azure SQL schema, reporting dashboards, and enable CSV export
- Build and maintain the infrastructure using Azure Gov and CI/CD practices
- Document and monitor system performance and functionality during the stabilization period
- Enhance the Employee Account Management (EAM) module with various reporting and functionality improvements
- Implement UI/UX updates, backend logic updates, and generation of automated notifications
- Extend OCHA functionality with Power Automate forms and integration features
- Create custom forms, parsing updates, and manage UI pages for referrals and inbox notifications
