Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, and Jira
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation
- Strong grasp of IT service management frameworks like ITIL
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
- Proven capability in overseeing IT projects from planning to execution and delivery
- Solid knowledge of project management principles and practices
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and successfully deliver IT projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and budgets
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and key stakeholders
- Identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality, security, and compliance standards
- Regularly communicate project status, progress updates, and modifications to stakeholders
