- We require at least 3 years of experience in systems or network engineering, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) context.
- Strong expertise with SonicWall firewalls and/or cloud-based SASE solutions is essential.
- A solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Azure Active Directory, and virtualization is vital.
- Proficiency in Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is mandatory.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, including email cutovers, hybrid migrations, and tenant transitions, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Intune, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and cloud security best practices would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of SIEM/SOC monitoring is a plus.
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage/Automate is also favorable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation capabilities are necessary.

Responsibilities
- I am tasked with deploying, configuring, and providing support for network, server, cloud, and security infrastructure for F8 Tech and our managed clients. This includes working hands-on with SonicWall firewalls, modern SASE/cloud firewall solutions, Windows Server environments, Azure infrastructures, Microsoft 365/O365 services, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- I will deploy, configure, and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, handling NAT policies, DPI, VPNs (SSL/IPSec), high availability (HA), and firmware updates.
- My role involves supporting cloud-based firewall/SASE solutions, configuring and assisting with network switches, VLANs, routing, wireless settings, and WAN failover.
- I will consistently monitor and respond to SIEM and SOC alerts, coordinating remediation and documenting incident details.
- I will assist in implementing security measures such as Zero Trust, MFA/Conditional Access, and other hardening techniques.

- I will install, configure, and support various Windows Server roles including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print servers. - My responsibilities also include supporting virtualization platforms and implementing backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. - In terms of Azure, I will deploy and manage Azure VMs, networking, and storage, as well as supporting Azure Virtual Desktop configurations and managing Azure AD and Conditional Access policies. - Regarding endpoint management, I will deploy, configure, and maintain Intune for device management while managing compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployments. - I will act as an escalation point for advanced issues related to servers, networks, firewalls, Azure/AVD, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management. - I am expected to document all activities thoroughly using ConnectWise and participate in Quarterly Network Checkups, providing detailed findings and recommendations. - My position will be full-time, requiring onsite work as needed, with after-hours maintenance and emergency escalations expected. I will report to the Engineering Manager.
