Requirements

Must:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and security/sharing features. - 3+ years of experience in migrating legacy applications, with the capability to read and convert VB6, .NET (C#/VB.NET), and Java code into Salesforce designs. - Strong SQL proficiency, covering SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL, with skills in schema design, complex querying, and optimization. - Demonstrated success in delivering integrations (REST API middleware) and large-scale data migration. - Familiarity with Omnistudio and Salesforce Experience Cloud is preferred. - Direct experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, specifically in Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections (PSS - LPI). - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead the migration of a legacy VB6/.NET/Java/SQL application to the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions platform. - Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements and understand client needs. - Design comprehensive solutions to meet client specifications and project objectives. - Build and implement the software solution, ensuring scalability and auditability. - Oversee integration efforts to connect existing systems with the Salesforce platform. - Manage data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of transferred data. - Guide the project through to a successful go-live, providing support as needed during the transition.
