Requirements
Must:
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management for customer-facing SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of managing and delivering comprehensive product experiences instead of isolated features
- Strong background in designing workflows for diverse user personas
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating high-quality Agile deliverables (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps)
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration
- Experience in dynamic product environments with uncertainty
- Background in data-intensive products (analytics, dashboards, reporting, recommendations)
- Familiarity with implementing AI-driven workflows (recommendations, explainability, confidence, feedback loops)
- Knowledge of retail sectors such as pricing optimization, assortment planning, inventory management, and competitive analysis
Responsibilities
- Oversee the roadmap and delivery for a designated product area focused on AI-enhanced retail decision-making
- Define comprehensive product functionality, including workflows, edge cases, permissions, data connections, and success metrics
- Design and manage personalized user experiences for various roles (executives, category managers, analysts, admins) to ensure tailored insights and actions
- Convert customer insights, sales trends, support feedback, and data signals into clear product priorities
- Lead Agile processes: crafting epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, refining backlogs, planning sprints, and coordinating releases
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to assess feasibility, align on implementation strategies, and deliver top-notch solutions
- Establish key performance indicators, track adoption and outcomes after launch, and make iterative improvements based on insights
