Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience at leading tech companies (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, OpenAI) or top-tier AI startups
- Practical experience with production-grade AI Agent or RAG systems
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related disciplines
- Strong product-oriented mindset and comprehension of business dynamics (experience in eCommerce/logistics is advantageous)
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both spoken and written)
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Define and create end-to-end AI Agent systems (e.g., listing optimization, intelligent product selection, AI customer service, demand forecasting, warehouse optimization)
- Make decisions regarding AI architecture: LLMs, vector databases, Agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Deliver scalable, production-ready AI systems
- Promote company-wide AI adoption and enhance operational efficiency
- Build and lead a U.S.-based AI team
Description
We are seeking a seasoned AI leader with extensive experience in the tech industry and a focus on product development to spearhead our AI strategy and implementation. This role involves designing and constructing a production-level AI Agent ecosystem that spans cross-border eCommerce, including sales, supply chain, and overseas warehouse operations. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 along with bonuses, and provide high autonomy and a direct influence on our AI strategies. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop AI systems and teams from inception in a hybrid work environment, primarily based in New Jersey (NJ) or Los Angeles (LA). Our benefits package includes a 401(k) plan, matching contributions, flexible scheduling, health insurance, and paid time off.
