The base pay offered may vary depending on individual factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include additional elements such as a target bonus, restricted stock units (when applicable), along with a comprehensive range of benefits, including medical, financial, and other perks (such as eligibility for a 401(k) plan and various paid time off benefits).
