Join us as a part of the Selling Engineering Team here at eBay as an Android Sr. Mobile Technical Lead Engineer. You will help manage and lead a team that directly impacts the selling experience for millions each day. In our agile and collaborative team, we focus on enhancing the seller experience by crafting intuitive features, seamless interfaces, and embracing new technologies. The Android application you'll be working on facilitates commerce transactions worth billions and engages millions of daily active users, driving significant value for eBay and our global community. As the leader of a small, talented team, you will set high standards for quality, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborate across various domains and locations. You will report directly to a senior manager and work closely with product and business teams to deliver the next generation of mobile commerce. The base salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $152,400 and $247,800, with variations based on several factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include elements such as a target bonus and restricted stock units (where applicable) alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
