Requirements

Must:
- Strong troubleshooting abilities. - A minimum of 3 years of IT support experience, preferably with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or in an internal IT department. - Capable of actively listening to customer requirements. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment. - Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

- Configure and set up all end-user equipment, providing training as necessary. - Manage Office 365 Administration and various cloud-based systems. - Operate within a Windows Server environment, including managing Active Directory. - Resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. - Oversee backup and disaster recovery systems. - Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and data recovery. - Deploy new workstations as needed. - Provide general desktop support to clients. - Maintain a high level of interaction with clients. - Deploy and manage VoIP services effectively. - Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Support network equipment such as firewalls, switches, and wireless systems. - Monitor system and network performance regularly.

We offer an exciting full-time job opportunity, with a salary between $50,000.00 and $60,000.00 per year.
