IT Support Specialist - Helpdesk & Troubleshooting

Requirements
Must:
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- A minimum of 3 years of IT support experience, preferably with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or in an internal IT department.
- Capable of actively listening to customer requirements.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Configure and set up all end-user equipment, providing training as necessary.
- Manage Office 365 Administration and various cloud-based systems.
- Operate within a Windows Server environment, including managing Active Directory.
- Resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Oversee backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and data recovery.
- Deploy new workstations as needed.
- Provide general desktop support to clients.
- Maintain a high level of interaction with clients.
- Deploy and manage VoIP services effectively.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Support network equipment such as firewalls, switches, and wireless systems.
- Monitor system and network performance regularly.

Your daily responsibilities will involve working directly with multiple clients throughout the Charleston metro area, where delivering exceptional customer service is paramount. We offer an exciting full-time job opportunity, with a salary between $50,000.00 and $60,000.00 per year.
