Requirements
Must:
- Advanced proficiency in Windows 11 and Windows Server Active Directory
- Extensive experience with M365 Cloud, including Entra and Exchange
- Strong skills in managing and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VPN/VLAN architectures
- Proven expertise in deploying and managing Enterprise WIFI systems
- Familiarity with AV/EDR/MDR management is preferable
- Knowledge of Sophos, Meraki, and Zyxel firewall and switching systems is advantageous
- Experience with VOIP telephony systems is a bonus
- Proficiency in Autotask CRM, Datto RMM, and Datto Backup is a plus
- Skills in data cable termination
- Competence with basic tools
- Valid drivers license
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to a diverse clientele across various sectors
- Oversee and support technicians in resolving trouble tickets and deployments
- Enhance your knowledge of network topology, security measures, M365, and Google platforms
