Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related discipline.
- An advanced degree (e.g., MS) is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in network architecture or a similar domain.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCDA, CCDP, or CCIE.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency with network architecture tools like Cisco, Juniper, or VMware.
- (Nice to Have) Experience with cloud-based network architectures, including AWS or Azure.
- (Nice to Have) Understanding of network security best practices and compliance requirements.
- (Nice to Have) Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) and network functions virtualization (NFV).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee network infrastructure, comprising LAN, WAN, and wireless systems.
- Ensure network systems are highly available, secure, and perform optimally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, operations, and development.
- Develop and enforce network architecture standards and best practices.
- Conduct assessments of network performance and suggest areas for enhancement.
- Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network architecture.
