Hogan Staff Engineer

The Staff Engineer will provide essential engineering support for system management activities related to system software, hardware, performance, and problem determination. This role requires effective communication and coordination with technicians, clients, and management, as well as offering technical input to management decision-making processes in software-related areas. We value self-motivated individuals who can work collaboratively across teams within our organization. The individual in this position will be responsible for ensuring that all software artifacts produced adhere to our standards in order to mitigate any negative impact on the customer experience. Additionally, proficiency in the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles is essential. Work Arrangement: Days in the office will generally vary from 2-5 days per week, designated by the company. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
