Business Analyst with SQL expertise

- Work alongside Operations and Product teams to identify, document, and address intricate WMS and backend system challenges. - Provide software analysis and outline requirements for operational implementations such as EDI, shipping methods, WMS systems, and automation. - Facilitate data transfer and troubleshoot APIs, acting as the liaison between vendors and our internal Product Team. - Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive system testing and validation processes, especially within sandbox environments for WMS or supply chain applications. - Assist with integration projects involving external vendors and actively engage in developing requirements. - Conduct in-depth business intelligence and data analyses, identifying key issues that could lead to financial loss. - Contribute to the technical system requirements for operations, including Quickbase and CMMS. - Troubleshoot and analyze software issues related to fulfillment and other operational technologies. - Demonstrate strong analytical and technical troubleshooting abilities. - Maintain a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with skills in project management. - Exhibit proactivity, organization, and attention to detail, along with exemplary communication abilities. - Show enthusiasm for continuous learning and the ability to adapt swiftly to changing challenges. - Be willing and able to be onsite or frequently visit for smooth operations and collaboration with the team.
