Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in information technology, security awareness, education development, or communications field
- 3+ years of relevant experience OR Zurich Certified Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Alternatively, a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven project management experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employee enablement strategy
- Analyze employee feedback to identify trends and actionable insights
- Craft compelling and engaging messages for effective communication
- Translate insights into initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and performance
- Address challenges related to workplace culture, retention, and technology adoption
- Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams
- Plan and manage implementation of engagement programs and cultural initiatives
- Promote the adoption of digital tools and technology enhancements
- Design employee engagement programs to boost survey participation and overall satisfaction
- Create and implement recognition and rewards initiatives to enhance morale
