Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Technical Writing and Data Analysis
- Strong focus on the telecom sector
- Proficient in using Jira for task management and progress tracking
- Excellent documentation and analytical capabilities
- Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems and workflows
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and creating sprint documentation
- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau or Power BI and SQL is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Create detailed functional specifications, process flows, user manuals, and training materials
- Collaborate effectively with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Utilize Jira to manage tasks, monitor progress, and assist with Agile ceremonies
- Analyze telecom-specific data and processes to identify improvement opportunities and gaps
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback following deployment
- Ensure that all documentation is properly versioned and readily accessible
- Maintain a thorough understanding of telecom workflows and systems
