Requirements
Must:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a similar field that emphasizes analytical problem-solving
- Demonstrated foundational understanding or keen interest in cybersecurity, network access principles, or the Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) model
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise business requirements and presentations
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering and other teams (UX, Go-to-Market) to ensure successful definition, development, and launch of features, managing timelines and clarifying technical requirements throughout the sprint cycle
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for newly launched ZPA features (e.g., adoption rate, usage frequency) to evaluate success and provide data-driven recommendations for iteration or discontinuation
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed product requirements and user stories for specific ZPA feature enhancements, ensuring they are effectively prioritized based on business value and customer needs
