Requirements
Must:
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
- Bachelors degree in manufacturing, information technology, software, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong aptitude in information technology, computer networks, and related experience.
- Experience with computers, networking, and software, specifically Windows NT, Microsoft Office, Crystal Reports, and DBMS.
- Current passport and valid drivers license.
- Knowledge of CAM interfaces such as Mastercam, ESPRIT, Gibbs, Siemens NX, and others.
- Familiarity with NC programming techniques.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Availability for travel from Monday through Friday, including trips outside the specified region.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Calibrating ZOLLER image processing software to meet customer needs.
- Adjusting software settings based on specific customer requirements and workflow needs.
- Customizing software on-site for the transfer of machine-specific data.
- Modifying postprocessors in accordance with customer machine controls.
- Training customers on ZOLLER machine software and hardware, dedicating 95% of the training to software and 5% to mechanical aspects.
- Installing and providing training on TMS Tool Management Solutions software at customer locations.
- Analyzing, testing, and modifying customer systems or software in line with design specifications.
- Offering technical advice and recommending tailored software and computer configurations.
- Managing SQL databases on SQL servers.
- Demonstrating software features during internal meetings or customer presentations.
- Conducting maintenance on electronic and pneumatic components.
- Installing and aligning ZOLLER tool presetters and measuring machines.
- Consulting with users to determine functional specifications for hardware, software, or systems.
- Providing hardware training to customers, with a focus of 95% on software and 5% on mechanical aspects.
- Analyzing, testing, or modifying customer systems as necessary.
- Understanding complex customer network infrastructures and identifying their needs.
- Reading schematics and wiring diagrams related to electrical components.
- Operating system hardware and software to demonstrate tool presetters and troubleshoot issues.
- Advising management on customer satisfaction, product performance, and potential improvements.
