- Eager to learn and possess a strong interest in technical aspects and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for Zoho One solutions across various business operations, including customer acquisition, finance, HR, support, and analytics.
- Consult with business owners and partners to grasp their requirements and recommend suitable Zoho One solutions alongside Account Managers.
- Assess client needs and propose technical solutions effectively.
- Deliver product demonstrations to customers to showcase Zoho Ones capabilities.
- Develop and present tailored solutions to customers across industries such as retail, healthcare, education, and transport.
- Serve as a customer representative to product teams, advocating for features, functionality, and usability improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
