Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Over 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst position
- Proficient understanding of the OAG environment
- Extensive knowledge of the Florida PALM Project
- Familiarity with the OAG Legal Matters Management System Project
- Previous experience with enterprise systems
- Strong ability to document business processes
- Excellent organizational skills for project management and meeting facilitation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to convey business solutions effectively to technical teams
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Visio, Access, and MS Project
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements
- Document and analyze existing business processes for improvement
- Facilitate project meetings and manage project timelines
- Articulate and present business solutions to diverse audiences
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper configuration of solutions
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the lifecycle
- Leverage knowledge of enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency
