Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.
- Experience with nCino or other banking/financial services solutions (preferably commercial lending).
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools).
- Proven experience in leading technical teams.
- Strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Extensive experience in managing multi-phase implementation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and integration specialists.
- Oversee program management activities to ensure successful implementation.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
