Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in product management, particularly in high-growth startups or corporate innovation labs (founder experience is a significant advantage).
- Proven executive presence with the ability to develop impactful presentations and confidently engage with senior stakeholders, translating technical possibilities into business advantages.
- Demonstrated track record of launching products from inception to live launch, showcasing 0-to-1 experience.
- Proficient in managing products built on modern technology stacks, specifically in Cloud (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS) and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, capable of championing new ideas and fostering cultural change within a large organization.
- Familiarity with the need to balance rapid innovation with regulatory safety and security in the financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices (Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
- Strong skills in client relationship management, decision-making, and problem resolution.
- Bachelors degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related area; MBA or a technical background is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the full lifecycle of innovation products, transitioning swiftly from ideation to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and pilot launch.
- Effectively communicate compelling narratives and sell intricate, forward-looking product visions to executive leaders and key stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding.
- Adopt a startup mentality, swiftly pivoting based on market feedback, proactively overcoming challenges, and prioritizing speed and learning over perfection.
- Establish and support the development of feasible, viable, and sustainable AI-driven solutions, staying ahead of trends in Generative AI and FinTech.
- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic decision-making, expertly connecting agile engineering teams in the Lab with corporate governance structures.
- Rigorously prioritize the product backlog, defining epics and features that yield immediate value while aligning with the long-term strategic roadmap.
- Navigate organizational complexities by building strong relationships with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to facilitate innovation.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, data scientists), nurturing a culture of experimentation and psychological safety.
- Conduct comprehensive customer discovery and market research to validate hypotheses prior to coding.
- Perform additional duties as required.
