Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Preferred certifications as a Product Owner and experience in Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and excellent time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both management and staff
- Proficient written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of business systems, technical architecture, software development, and maintenance
- Proven ability in building relationships across business, technology, and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in authentication, authorization, identity, and access management; familiarity with the Ping platform is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create, oversee, and maintain the team backlog, collaborating continually with customers and team members to refine, prioritize, and ensure timely delivery of work items
- Develop a comprehensive team backlog and ensure product requirements are well understood by development teams
- Serve as the liaison among business stakeholders, clients, and the Agile Scrum Team
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to grasp the product vision and roadmap
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including iteration planning, backlog refinement sessions, team demos, and retrospectives
- Ensure product quality and confirm user stories are accepted as complete
- Proactively address roadblocks that may hinder the teams success in achieving release or sprint goals
- Become a detailed Subject Matter Expert in CIAM and the Ping platform
- Facilitate product communication and provide support across the organization as a CIAM expert.
