Manager, Quantum Safe Cybersecurity Program

- Drive and oversee the implementation of a multi-year strategy focused on quantum safety, which includes migration to post-quantum cryptography (PQC), algorithm agility, key management modernization, and quantum-safe networking initiatives. - Manage collaboration between cybersecurity and technology teams to maintain the cryptographic inventory, ensuring a risk-based approach for remediation tasks. - Work with platform and product teams to enhance and upgrade TLS/SSH/IPsec stacks, implement algorithm agility, and adopt approved PQC libraries and configurations. - Align project outcomes with industry standards and internal cyber/tech controls while leading updates to policies covering crypto agility, key lifecycles, and certificate management. - Assist with documentation and evidence collection for risk management, control validation, and accreditation processes in conjunction with Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams. - Engage with vendors to assess and evaluate quantum-safe capabilities, manage RFPs/POCs, and oversee deliverable execution. - Establish and manage a strategy for third-party assurance regarding PQC, including vendor and customer readiness, capability proofing, and continuous assessment processes. - Collaborate with the Cyber Threat Intelligence team to provide management with ongoing risk assessments related to the dynamic landscape of quantum computing and associated threats. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators of the program, including cryptographic inventory coverage, PQC adoption rates, and incident reduction rates.
