Enterprise Architect - Cloud & Data Focus

- Proven ability to drive organizational change and establish enterprise architectures in alignment with specific business objectives - Proficient in crafting strategic-focused written materials and conducting formal presentations - Capable of effective communication with executives, business leaders, and technical teams - Experience in designing and supporting complex engineering solutions - Ability to apply systems-thinking for comprehensive architectural solutions - Strong verbal and written communication capabilities - Hands-on knowledge across diverse technical domains or progression from development roles to architecture or leadership - Active listening skills, conflict resolution, negotiation, and collaboration to guide leaders and project teams towards optimal results - Familiarity with architectural principles for integrating various system types including transactional, analytical, and collaborative frameworks - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management, or a related discipline, with over eight years of experience in enterprise architecture or IT leadership within regulated environments. Equivalent educational and experiential combinations may be acceptable. - Prior experience in banking or financial services sectors is advantageous - Understanding of marketing, investment services, banking service fulfillment, or customer service - Knowledge of core banking systems such as TCS BaNCS, FIS, Fiserv, and ACI Worldwide - Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology - Working knowledge and certifications in relevant frameworks such as TOGAF and BIAN - Experience with enterprise architecture repository software (e.g., BizzDesign, Orbus) - Understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry-specific frameworks (e.g., FFIEC) or similar experience in highly regulated fields.
