Requirements
Must:
- Startup experience is strongly preferred, particularly in early-stage or high-growth settings.
- A minimum of 4 years of expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure in production settings.
- High proficiency in Python, especially in AI/ML and NLP applications.
- Experience with LLMs and GenAI systems (RAG, vector databases, etc.).
- Familiarity with technologies such as LangChain, PyTorch, Transformers, and GPT-based systems.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end systems efficiently, not just contributing to segments.
- Proficient in Django, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong instincts for system design with a focus on practical solutions.
- Capability to operate autonomously and make decisions with minimal oversight.
- Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate what you are developing and the reasoning behind it.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build and deploy 0 → 1 features, often within hours or days.
- Design and develop scalable systems while ensuring speed.
- Take full ownership of projects from inception to deployment.
- Work across the entire technology stack (frontend, backend, AI/ML systems).
- Quickly prototype, test, and refine new concepts.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to transform business requirements into functional software.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enhance development speed.
- Maintain high standards while balancing speed and practicality.
- Continuously explore and implement new technologies to expedite development.
