As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- A master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with a focus on foundational large language models (LLM), agentic AI, reinforcement learning, AI planning, or natural language processing.
- Over 7 years of hands-on experience in building large-scale, impactful solutions, particularly with two years focusing on agent-based systems, multi-agent collaboration, or similar paradigms.
- Proven experience in developing dialogue systems capable of managing long conversations, complex reasoning, and context-aware decision-making.
- Expertise in deploying and scaling AI services that manage hundreds of millions of daily interactions, ensuring high availability, low latency, and robust fault tolerance.
- A demonstrated history of publishing influential research in leading AI/ML forums is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
As part of the Agentic AI team, my role as a Principal Machine Learning Engineer includes the following tasks:
- Utilize frameworks such as AgengSDK and LangChain/LangGraph to design, prototype, and build multi-agent systems that facilitate highly autonomous and context-sensitive interactions.
- Incorporate advanced Generative AI models—including reasoning models and real-time voice APIs—to create and transform prototypes into fully developed agentic skills for user deployment.
- Adopt a "build, learn, and pivot" mindset while maintaining a high standard for production readiness.
- Provide mentorship to engineers on the appropriate technologies for agentic AI solutions and promote a culture of innovation and responsible AI practices.
- Simplify intricate research outcomes and system designs into actionable insights for a varied audience, including executives.
- Stay updated with emerging paradigms in agentic AI to drive product innovations.
- Act as the primary contact for applied science projects, ensuring alignment on timelines and prioritization.
- Continuously improve processes for experimentation, A/B testing, and production rollouts to ensure a balance between rapid innovation and dependable, responsible deployment.
