Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a full cycle, B2B sales role, ideally in a complex industry with changing regulations or selling intricate products.
- Proven expertise in utilizing structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN Selling) to qualify opportunities, maintain pipeline discipline, and deliver consistent results.
- Documented success in strategically managing a portfolio of 500+ accounts to meet monthly or quarterly targets.
- Strong background in achieving sales success in a quota-carrying position.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling and outbound prospecting, effectively engaging new prospects and converting initial outreach into qualified leads.
- Experience in achieving higher quotas from longer sales cycles by maintaining a diverse pipeline of prospects for larger deals.
- Technologically adept and skilled in leveraging CRM and engagement tools to enhance workflows.
- Background in both virtual and in-person selling, with experience managing presentations for executives and collaborating with team members.
- Willingness to travel 10 - 15% of the time.
- Experience carrying an annual quota of $1M+ through selling multiple products.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of over 500 accounts while consistently meeting monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic territory initiatives.
- Approach every discussion with a clear perspective and utilize structured discovery techniques to identify pain points, decision criteria, and desired business outcomes.
- Collaborate throughout the customer lifecycle to enhance activation, reduce churn, and pinpoint expansion opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in CRM entries and employ tools like Gong and Tableau to refine deal strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, identify risks early, and maintain multiple pathways to achieve quotas.
- Exemplify ownership, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit—welcoming feedback, embracing changes, and contributing to team excellence.
