Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Procurement/Sourcing with proficiency in SAP Ariba
- Demonstrated experience in implementing contract compliance procedures using SAP Ariba
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Ariba modules including Contracts, Sourcing, Buying, and Invoicing
- Strong expertise in developing and managing Supplier Master data structures
- Proven track record in sourcing and contracting within complex organizational environments
- Capability to design innovative processes and encourage their adoption across teams
- Experience in supporting daily operations related to contract compliance
- Familiarity with reporting tools and the ability to generate actionable insights
- Strong collaboration skills to effectively engage with technical teams and business stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a new contract compliance process linking purchase orders systematically to contracts
- Define and document workflows across sourcing, contracting, and procurement domains
- Act as the subject matter expert for various SAP Ariba modules
- Configure and enhance SAP Ariba to promote compliance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between systems
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Supplier Master structure in line with contract hierarchy
- Partner with internal teams to synchronize compliance objectives with sourcing and procurement strategies
- Create dashboards and reports to track compliance, operational efficiency, and supplier performance
