Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Transformation Lead
- Strong background in data engineering, including proficiency with Hadoop and big data technologies
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification required
- Experience in a banking environment
- Excellent presentation skills, particularly to senior management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and project management
- Proficient in training and coaching agile methodologies
- Strong skills in facilitating discussions and conflict resolution across diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Deliver presentations to senior management stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams specializing in Hadoop
- Work closely with the central project management team to ensure alignment
- Hold team members accountable for meeting project timelines
- Provide hands-on training and coaching on Lean Agile practices to various teams
- Guide teams and leaders in adopting a Lean Agile mindset and continuous learning
- Assist in creating and managing an effective intake process and maintaining a healthy backlog
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and discussions to drive decision-making and resolve conflicts effectively
