Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience as an AWS Architect/Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Proven expertise in AWS Gen 3 Migration projects
- Prior experience at Capital One is mandatory
- In-depth understanding of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation
- Experience in cloud modernization, large-scale migration, and platform transformation
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with AWS Gen 3 migration initiatives across extensive enterprise environments
- Architect, design, and implement cloud-native solutions according to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems into scalable AWS architectures
- Provide expert guidance on security, networking, automation, and cloud governance
- Diagnose intricate cloud infrastructure problems and ensure performance is optimized
- Document architectural patterns, migration strategies, and operational processes
