Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience
- Previous involvement in go-to-customer or GTM roles within enterprise technology or SaaS

Responsibilities
- Own the complete journey to customer success with Zendesks AI solutions, managing initial adoption through to renewal
- Serve as a technical authority, providing guidance on best practices for AI solution optimization
- Enhance customer experience by driving AI adoption throughout the customer journey
- Utilize analytics to understand AI performance, identify risks, and recognize growth opportunities
- Leverage commercial acumen to spot and act on opportunities for expansion and renewal
- Establish and maintain strong, consultative relationships with customer executives
- Champion the value of Zendesks AI solutions, continuously promoting customer success stories
