Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology with enterprise-level applications and services is required.
- Relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for educational qualifications.
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise-level systems such as ERP, Workflow Systems, Microsoft 365, and Marketing Systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
- A commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and product quality is essential.
- Intermediate knowledge of internet, e-business, and associated standards is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail with proficient verbal and written communication skills tailored for non-technical audiences.
- Capability to effectively interact with technical teams and a fundamental understanding of software architecture.
- Proven experience in developing and executing policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-priority complex projects for designated departments, ensuring effective resource utilization and integration with enterprise stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship to Business and Systems Analysts regarding systems, processes, and vendor relations.
- Create and oversee service level agreements with the enterprise and its vendors.
- Stay informed about system capabilities and recommend their application to meet the enterprises specific needs.
- Keep current with system upgrades and new offerings relevant to our operations.
- Suggest enhancements to products and processes to refine our business operations.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance system knowledge and employee performance.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships within the IT team to foster a unified approach to service delivery.
- Carry out additional tasks as required to ensure the efficient functioning of the department.
