Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology within the Gaming Industry, specifically with a Casino Operator or Gaming Vendor.
- Relevant and direct experience may be accepted as a substitute for formal educational qualifications.
- Significant experience with Gaming and Hospitality Systems, including Casino Management Systems, Point of Sale Systems, and Property Management Systems.
- Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional, ITIL, Business Analyst Professional, and/or application-specific credentials.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record required if operating Tribe-owned vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects for assigned business units, ensuring efficient resource use and integration with business sponsors.
- Understand and apply system capabilities to meet specific business needs.
- Stay updated on system enhancements and new products relevant to our operations.
- Maintain agreed service level agreements with business units and vendors.
- Recommend process and product improvements to enhance business operations.
- Develop and conduct application training programs for team members.
- Foster collaborative relationships within the IT team to promote a unified approach to service delivery.
- Provide technical support to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant hardware, software applications, and emerging technologies.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the efficient functioning of the department.
